Secure Ordering and Payment 

  • ​Patrick Neri Selections is a retail outlet designed exclusively for online sales. All major credit cards are accepted as form of payment through our site. 

  • We do not share any information retained on our site ​in membership profiles or entered in during checkout. 

 

Refunds and Returns

Simply put, we stand behind each of the wines we carry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, or we make an error in fulfilling your order, please reply to the email confirming your order or call 314 610 4210. We take the integrity of our products very seriously and will review each case on an individual basis such that the matter will be resolved promptly.

Taxes

All wines purchased through Patrick Neri Selections are subject to WA state and Anacortes local sales tax except those shipped to Oregon. If we fail to add sales taxes when the order was placed, we reserve the right to correct and collect any sales taxes due. 

 

Shipping

In General

  • You must be 21 years or older to order alcoholic beverages from us. Signature of a person at least 21 years of age is required for all deliveries of alcoholic beverages.

  • While shipping rates are based on the number of bottles, total weight, and destination, there are considerable price breaks at 3, 6, 9 and 12 bottles. All variables are taken into consideration to present you with the best shipping cost available. (see details below)  

  • We do not ship to PO boxes.

  • All wine is shipped from our facility in Washington. 

  • All wine is stored at 55 degrees and 70% humidity prior to shipment.

  • We use temperature controlled transport for your package until the last leg of its journey to you. Once reaching this regional hub, it is passed on to a shipper that serves your local area (FedEx, UPS, GLS, GSO, LSO, etc.). This last leg is not temperature controlled, but normally so short in duration that temperature is not an issue. That said, if your area is experiencing temperatures you deem too extreme for even this short period of time, please time your order accordingly or request in the special instructions section during checkout that we hold your package until you ask us to ship. To calculate delivery times to your destination, use the terms outlined for each region below. While we use temperature controlled transport for as much of your package's movement as possible, we leave the ultimate decision of when to ship up to you. Please review the delivery times below and check in with the temperatures in your region before deciding when to ship. If no ship date is specified we will ship on the Monday following the placement of your order. 
     

Title of Sale

All alcoholic beverages are deemed to be sold in Washington and title passes to the buyer in the State of Washington. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship wines into any state outside of the State of Washington.

The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize Patrick Neri Selections to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. If you wish to ship to another state, you assume all responsibility for determining whether you may lawfully ship wine to that state. 

As interstate shipping laws are constantly changing, you may want to check with the appropriate agency in your state or county. Our acknowledgment of an order is not a guarantee that we will ultimately be able to ship wine to you.

Shipping to Washington and Oregon 

All wine shipped to addresses in Washington and Oregon is shipped via UPS and will typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days from the date you place your order. However, to assure your wine arrives in the best condition possible we don't ship if your wine won't arrive before the weekend. 

Shipping to all other states in the US

We wish shipping wine in the US was simpler, but unfortunately it’s really complicated! While we do ship to most states in the nation, we use a third party shipper to do so. Depending on when you place your order, it can take 10 to 14 business days to get to you. It can take less, but please be prepared for the 10 to 14 day estimate. Built into this estimate is the fact that we ship to all states other than WA and OR via consolidated temperature-controlled trucks once a week on Mondays only. Once your order ships, it is sent to a central hub in California and then transported in temperature-controlled transport to local hubs within your region of the US. From that point it gets picked up by a local carrier and takes a maximum of 2 days to get to you. As state regulations change this situation will improve, but this is the best temperature controlled solution at this point. Most importantly, it’s one that gives you access to hard to find wine and makes sure it arrives in good condition.

Please note that with the congestion of the shipping world since 2020, the 10 to 14 business day statement is an estimate, it can occasionally take longer. We provide these estimates to give you an idea of when your package will arrive so you can make arrangements on your end, but they are not a guarantee. Hopefully normalcy will return some time soon. Until then, thanks for your patience!

Special note for orders to Hawaii and Alaska

Depending on when the order is placed, packages sent to either Alaska or Hawaii can be subject to longer than normal delivery times. While it's often the case that your package will delivered within the 10-14 day business day estimate stated above, we cannot guarantee this as we have had some packages take longer. If you are sending your package to either of these places, please assume you are going to have to be patient while your package works its way to your beautiful destinations.  

Restocking fee

All orders through this site are considered final. Orders that are returned as undeliverable or canceled after being shipped will incur a restocking fee of 15% if the order is canceled without fault on our part or that of the shipper. Please note that if your package arrives later than the delivery estimate stated above it is not appropriate cause for refusing or canceling an order. All shipping windows stated above are estimates.
